What is Vibe Arc?

Vibe Arc is an AI adoption and implementation studio in Israel, working with digital transformation, education and sports teams across Tel Aviv and central Israel and remotely worldwide. It builds custom AI tools and internal software, and trains teams to build with AI themselves. It is run by Nimrod Bahar.

What does Vibe Arc build?

Vibe Arc builds web applications, internal tools, and digital products using structured AI-assisted development. Projects include SaaS tools, management systems, and business applications with full delivery from concept to deployment.

Do you offer training as well as building software?

Yes, both, and they are separate engagements. Businesses hire Vibe Arc to build custom AI tools for them. Organizations hire Vibe Arc to train their own teams to build with AI. The training draws on the same method used on real client builds, not on slides.

What is AI adoption consulting?

AI adoption consulting maps where AI actually saves your team time and money, then builds the workflow around it so it stays in use after launch week. It starts from the work your team does today, not from a tool, and the answer can be a custom tool, a workflow change, or training.

How does an engagement work?

Every build runs through the same nine-step method, grouped into four stages: discovery, blueprint, build preparation, then build and ship. Each step produces a concrete document that the next step builds on, so what gets built is agreed before any code is written. You can see progress at any point in an interactive tracker.

How is this different from hiring a development agency?

The difference is adoption, not code. Vibe Arc comes from 15 years of enterprise implementation, where the recurring lesson was that technology adoption is 20% tool and 80% people. Software that nobody uses is a failed project regardless of how well it is built, so the work covers getting the tool used, not only getting it delivered.

Is AI-generated code production ready?

Not on its own, which is the entire reason the method exists. AI produces working code quickly, but it drifts without rules, invents structure when left unsupervised, and does not know your business. Every step in the method is a checkpoint where a human reviews what the AI produced before the next step builds on it.

What is vibe coding?

Vibe coding is AI-assisted rapid development where AI tools like Claude, Lovable, and Cursor generate code from prompts. Vibe Arc adds architectural structure to vibe coding to ensure production-grade quality.

Do I own the code you build?

Yes. When the build is done, the app is fully transferred into your own account, so the app and its code are yours. While it's being built it may run in Vibe Arc's workspace, and you have access to it the whole time.

What happens after handover? Is there support?

The app is fully transferred to you, and there is no ongoing contract by default, so you're never locked in. You keep every document the build produced, including the deploy guide, so your team or any developer can take it from there. If you want help after launch, training for your team and ongoing support are available whenever you ask.

How much does a project cost?
